There are two main venues:
- the Reinassance-era Villa Niscemi
- the city of Palermo itself
The morning talks, panels and keynote sessions will be held at Villa Niscemi.
In the afternoon, you'll experience the city life and its culture, by and with the locals. The activities will be held in different locations around Palermo.
The evenings, you'll experience the city night life with street food, music, home dinners and the Gala night with the Awards ceremony.

3 paid activities included in the medium pass, 6 in the full pass. Single tickets for activities will be available on the day before if free seats remain.

Palermo is a touristic city during the summer, so there are multiple options of short-stay rental city-wide.
You can stay in the historic city center and use the dedicated shuttle bus (from Politeama) taking you to Villa Niscemi at fixed times.
Palermo offers what you can expect from mid size cities:
- public transport (AMAT)
- taxi
- private taxi
- escooters rentals (Lime, Dott, Link)
- car rentals
Additionally, AMAT (the local transport company) will support the event with a dedicated bus shuttle service from Politeama to Villa Niscemi. Thanks to the shuttle, staying in the city center will be convenient during the week.
We expect around 100+ participants.
The audience will be a 50–50 mix of locals and nomads, Italians and internationals.
We designed it this way to break down the barrier that often forms between locals and digital nomads, to really come together as a new tribe.
These are the main events and activities:
- Talks, panels and keynotes by prominent speakers: seasoned digital nomads, AI experts, online entrepreneurs, marketing experts. Come to listen their valuable experience and gain new insights that may spark your next move.
- Cultural tours and culinary experiences. Palermo is a history-rich, food heaven kind of city. It's unique even for Italian standards. Have you ever had a cannolo in a nun's monastery?
- Plenty of conscious networking occasions. Quality over quantity. These events can be overwhelming. We're crafting experiences that avoid the "conference burnout".
- Gala Night with the Nomad Retreats Awards Ceremony (voting may win you a free festival ticket!). Included in Standard and Full tickets.
- Final Party with a public DJ set (expected attendance: ~1000 people)
- NDI National Meetup, hosted on the final day.
