With a background in international HR and years of experience as a yoga teacher and coach, I support individuals navigating transitions in their professional and personal lives, remote work, and global lifestyles. Having lived abroad for over 15 years, I understand both the freedom and the emotional complexity of building a life across borders.My work blends nervous system awareness, reflective coaching, and embodied practices to help people stay grounded, prevent burnout, and build sustainable ways of living and working — wherever they are in the world.I am also an active member of various wellbeing communities — from run and training clubs to nervous system and embodiment workshops — continuously learning and engaging as both participant and facilitator. I enjoy co-creating spaces, whether leading yoga sessions or collaborating on reflective workshops such as an internal session on Imposter Syndrome for an international HR team.
